SB GROUP VENTURES was founded under the visionary leadership of Mr. Siddharth Bansal, a seasoned Chartered Accountant known for his sharp financial acumen and stellar leadership.

Mr. Bansal’s professional journey began in the banking sector, where he mastered corporate financial planning, budgetary control, and regulatory compliance. He later transitioned to the tire recycling industry, dedicating nine years to refining his operational expertise, understanding market dynamics, and mastering sustainable waste management.

Equipped with deep industry insights, he established our independent group of companies. In just two years, his strategic execution propelled the organization into the top 5 importers in India within the rubber waste and steel trading sector.

Today, Mr. Bansal actively steers our corporate strategy, annual operating plans, and cross-functional growth. He leads a diverse, high-performing team across Business Development, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring the group always aligns with global business standards.

Ranajit Pawar

Ranajit Pawar is an experienced professional with an impressive career spanning over 24 years in the global shipbuilding industry. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive international exposure by working on and contributing to shipbuilding projects across India, Singapore, South Korea, China, and other international locations.

His vast experience in the shipbuilding sector has provided him with strong expertise in project execution, international operations, coordination, planning, quality management, logistics, and industrial project management. Having worked in diverse international environments, he possesses a strong understanding of global business practices, cross-cultural coordination, and the management of complex industrial projects.

Over the past 2 years, Ranajit Pawar has also expanded his professional experience into the fields of import operations and tyre recycling. He has been actively involved in managing import-related activities, international logistics, supply chain coordination, and operations associated with the recycling industry.

His combination of extensive international industrial experience and recent involvement in import and recycling operations gives him a unique and versatile professional background. He brings strong leadership capabilities, practical operational knowledge, international exposure, and a result-oriented approach to business and project management.

With more than two decades of international industrial experience, Ranajit Pawar continues to bring valuable knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise to global projects and emerging industries.

Bharat Jain

Group Head – Finance

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years of rich experience combining financial management and industrial operations. After qualifying as a CA, he began his professional journey in the Steel Industry, where he served as the Accounts and Finance Head.

Bharat brings over a decade of executive expertise in the recycling and environmental sectors. He spent 12 years as the CEO of a Waste Water Treatment Plant (CETP), directing all plant processes, administration, and strategic planning. He excelled at managing critical relationships with government departments, corporate members, political entities, NGOs, and local communities.

Expanding his expertise in the green economy, Bharat transitioned into the tyre recycling industry. In his current capacity, he oversees plant operations and financial controls.

Throughout his career, Bharat has been a strong advocate for data-driven decision-making. He specializes in designing robust MIS systems, implementing SOPs and establishing stringent internal controls to mitigate risk and maximize efficiency.
